Our typical placement timeline is 3-5 weeks from intake to start date for permanent placements. Short-term can move faster depending on availability. We won't compromise on vetting just to fill a position quickly.

Permanent placements include a 60-day replacement guarantee. If it's not the right fit, we run one replacement search at no additional registration fee.

Yes. Northwest Nanny Care is a referral agency. You are the legal employer of the nanny we place, which means you handle payroll, taxes, and benefits. We strongly recommend using a payroll service (HomeWork Solutions, GTM Payroll, or Poppins Payroll) to simplify this.

The registration fee covers intake, sourcing, and vetting work that begins immediately, regardless of outcome. This is industry standard for placement agencies. If no qualified candidates are presented within 90 days, we may issue a goodwill credit toward a future search.

Yes. Our short-term option ($400) covers 1-4 week engagements for travel, illness backup, or family events. Nannies employed short-term still have the same 6-point vetting standard.
