I'm Rhiannon. Less than a year ago, I was searching for care for our daughter through Facebook groups, daycare waitlists, and a lot of luck. I kept thinking: there has to be a better way.
Northwest Nanny Care was born from that experience. My goal isn't to become the biggest agency. It's to create a service that local families trust when they need help finding the right care for the little people they love most. And one that great nannies are excited to be part of.
The same care I wanted for my own family is the standard I bring to every family and every nanny we work with. Every application is personally reviewed, every introduction is intentional, and every match begins with understanding both sides first.
